Never ordering cakes from here again! I’ve ordered one for my daughters 1st birthday and my sons 2nd birthday and both time they botched up the cake. Beyond disappointed. The lady that took my order for my son’s cake even took a picture off my phone to show to the baker for inspo. His birthday theme was safari animals so I wanted the frosting to be green and grass like. When my husband picked up the cake it was in all WHITE frosting. They couldn’t do anything about it because the baker had already left. They did give us a discount for the inconvenience. This place just had to do better as a team. It seems like no one communicates with each other. Overall I would give the bakery section 0/10 if I could. I clipped photos with the review. You can obviously see the cocomelon one and the other one is the safari theme inspo photo I showed and she took a picture of but instead I got an all white cake with the happy birthday on it. 🙄

Always welcoming helpful staffed. Deil Butcher and Bakery staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Well stocked and maintained. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare on weekends. Cheapest gas in town. Restroom by the Deil which is accessible. Mostly clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Jeremiah! I called the Aberdeen Safeway deli to ask about their current pasta selections, and Jeremiah went absolutely above and beyond. Not only was he incredibly helpful and courteous over the phone, but he took the initiative to ensure we were taken care of. Knowing that we were driving all the way in from Elma, he offered—completely on his own without being asked—to set aside the two specific pastas we wanted so they wouldn't run out before we arrived. That kind of ambition, foresight, and genuine customer care is rare these days. Jeremiah is a massive asset to this deli team. Thank you for making our trip worth it!

Your Meat dept manager (Ron) was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He went above and beyond to have me walking away a happy customer. I used to be in grocery management and things now aren’t the way they used to be. Customer service is lacking everywhere now but this store is different . Speaking with the meat department staff was fantastic! It’s refreshing to see great customer service again. Thank you Ron and the rest of your crew! You all made my families day better.

I'm writing this because the customer service worker today has not only been very unprofessional towards my mother but went on to call her a liar and yell at her. He was in the wrong and instead of admitting his mistake took it out on her. Wouldn't listen, cut her off and attacked her. Maybe train the employees who work customer service to be able to work with customers in a respectful manner.
