5 -Star Toyota Aberdeen Wa. These guys are definitely squared away! Just bought a "26 Tacoma", my experience was nothing butt positive! They lived up to everything we agreed on and went out of their way to keep me happy. The Sales Department made everything really easy and quick. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked with me to make sure I got a more then fair deal! I traded my "23 Tacoma" in and dealing with the service Department was really easy, as well! I appreciate all those guys down there for the easy and quick experience. Thanks again, Jayson Lockett (Service Manager), Jason Griffen (Sales Manager) and Gary Gallinger (Salesman)

5 star did a great job with us! They gave us hands down the best deal on my dream truck - a brand new 1794 tundra. They went over and above, kept every promise, and explained the whole sales contract in detail, no surprises here! The finance manager is EXCEPTIONAL and went to bat for us for a lower interest rate (truly, it dropped 2% from our own credit union by the time we got to the dealership!) I am truly impressed with their level of service - from our salesmen to the finance. I have bought a lot of cars over my years and have never had this solid of an experience! Thank you Luca, Nolan, Matt and Brian. You are all exceptional!

I had a great experience with Five Star Toyota in Aberdeen, Washington, and wanted to share a quick review. My salesman, Gary, was courteous, polite, and clearly worked hard to get me the best deal possible. The pricing in Aberdeen seems very competitive—honestly some of the best I’ve seen. They made a real effort to put together a deal, and although we ultimately didn’t come to an agreement, that was more on me for aiming a bit higher than they could go. Their offer was already quite strong, so I have no complaints there. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re in the market—they’re a dealership that genuinely works to earn your business.

Shout out to Shane Cabular a Service Advisor at south aberdeen 5 star Toyota-Chevrolet. I took my newer used vehicle in to have the air conditioner checked because I felt no cold air. Turns out a diagnostic check didn't need to happen and I unfortunately didn't know how to use the air conditioner in my car means I didn't get a car manual when I purchased my used car. Shane was so thoughtful and visually helped me learn about using the air conditioner buttons in my car. He treated me with respect and was very informative. Thank you Shane for making me not feel like a dumb blonde. I highly recommend using 5 star Toyota-Chevrolet and if you have any questions speak to Shane Cabular in the service department he's awesome.

Buyer Beware – Disappointed Long-Time Toyota Owner I have owned Toyota vehicles my entire life and several have lasted over 300,000 miles. Because of that history, I trusted the Toyota brand and expected the same experience when purchasing a used 2015 Toyota Sienna from Five Star Toyota in Aberdeen. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about maintenance records and whether the vehicle had any leaks. I was assured by the service manager that there were “absolutely no leaks.” That assurance was very important in my decision. After driving the van home (a 3-hour trip), I discovered oil leaking onto my driveway. Two independent repair shops later confirmed leaks from the axle seal and timing cover gasket. I made multiple 6-hour round trips back to the dealership. The axle seal was eventually repaired, but the timing cover gasket issue remained unresolved. After further communication with the owner, I was offered a $1,000 goodwill reimbursement if I completed the repair locally and signed a release. After requesting the release so I could review and sign it, communication stopped and I have not received any further response. I understand used vehicles are sold as-is, but this experience was disappointing given the assurances provided and the dealership’s reputation. I recommend that future buyers carefully inspect vehicles and consider obtaining an independent inspection before purchase.
