I bought a car from 5-Star Ford back at the beginning of 2025, with the help of a great salesman Dustin Hansen. I walked in hesitantly looking at a van, but Dustin sat me down in a newly traded (literally traded in the day before) Subaru Ascent that I fell in love with instantly. He walked me through what would have happened if it didn’t pass the service inspections, helped me schedule a detail for it, and even brought me a rental for the day all the way out to Elma at my job. Small things like this is what makes him a people oriented salesman.

I recently purchased a really nice, used, 2021 Colorado Bison from this fine establishment. I live about 3 hours from their dealership. Once they realized I was interested in purchasing the pickup, they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make the transaction as easy and as smooth as possible for me. They arranged one of their drivers to bring the vehicle 3+ hours north, right to my door! (Thank you Jim, the driver, what a great gentleman). All said and done, the trade in value on my previous vehicle was great! The delivery was absolutely awesome! The finance Manger treated me like a friend of the family. The Salesman Trent and his Sales Manager were as honest and fair as I could hope for!! My new to me 2021 Colorado ZR2 Bison was in pristine condition upon arrival!! This transaction was the greatest vehicle purchase experience I've ever had!! I had no idea it was going to go so smoothly!! Thanks to these fine employees of FIVE STAR MOTOR, I have obtained my dream truck!! Thank you all very very much!! I highly recommend checking their lots and dealerships for the vehicle you desire!! They will help you just like they did me, I'm 100% sure of it!!

I purchased a new Ford escape from Dustin Hanson and FiveStar Ford. Dustin worked with me for a long time before I found a car that was in my price range and one I would Enjoy. He always listened to my questions and provide provided accurate and knowledgeable information. We’ve been so happy with Dustin and FiveStar Ford.
