Pizza and salads have always consistently been great! Kids are a fan of the garlic knots, but they can be hit or miss for take out I’ve had them perfectly cooked and I’ve also had them hard and over cooked. Love the convenience of online ordering.

We ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce tonight. We both agreed that it was delicious, a very large portion, hot and delicious. Big chunks of burger in the sauce. My only complaint is I didn’t see where they offered thin spaghetti. Not a big deal but I wish there were choices. I asked for lots of sauce and as you can see in the photo, they obliged. I could only eat a third of the large portion, but it won’t go to waste. We are so glad that you choose Adams. Now we don’t have to drive to Pulaski unless we want to. The cook/server is a sweet young man.

We ordered a party pizza for after graduation and it was amazing! The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great, even the price was right. Rowen is always so friendly and helpful.

I order from Stefano’s at least 2–3 times a month and have generally enjoyed supporting this local spot. However, after spending about $40 on dinner tonight and reflecting on the meals I’ve received just this week, I feel the need to share some honest feedback — especially because this is a town with limited dining options. Tonight, we ordered chicken fingers and spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce, plus garlic knots. The Alfredo sauce was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever tasted — and Alfredo is my absolute favorite dish. It had the taste and texture of straight heavy whipping cream. It was nearly inedible and actually made me gag. I figured I’d just enjoy the garlic knots instead, but they were so overcooked they were literally rock-hard. The chicken fingers with Cattleman’s sauce were also off — it tasted like a fresh bottle of sauce hadn’t been mixed at all, leaving a slick, oily coating that just wasn’t appetizing. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time fluke. Earlier this week I ordered a full buffalo chicken sub. The tenders were absolutely drenched in sauce to the point that I had to take them out of the bread and eat them separately. I gave it another shot a few days later — same issue with the sauce, but worse: the bread was toasted until it was nearly black, and the cheese on top was burnt. Something has clearly changed — perhaps a new, untrained employee in the kitchen? Regardless, the consistency and quality have really taken a hit. If this is how my meals have come out multiple times in just one week, I can only imagine how many others have had similar experiences. Adams doesn’t have many food choices, and I want to keep giving my business to local spots. But the quality needs to improve.

Lived in Adams for 12 years never ate at Stefano's decided to give them a shot. Called and placed an order showed up 30 minutes later they claimed I never placed an order under my name and number. Accused me of calling the wrong place, I called the number again and their phone started ringing then the guy looks at me and says I don't know what to tell you we don't have an order for you. Absolutely terrible stick with Ramsey's pizza and Adam Center. All in all I'm glad they didn't take my order down because when I saw the pizzas they look more like gas station Pizza. Never again I'm sticking with Ramsey's.
