Was pushing juvaderm so hard when I knew I what I wanted already. I know my body doesn’t metabolize juvaderm well and I wanted something softer. She seemed irritated that I wanted restalyne kysse. When we did the filler my lip boarders are blown she did the filler and they look terrible. I just wanted a light hydrate and soft fullness now I have filler outside the lip boarder I’ll have to get dissolved.UPDATEEE I STILL HATE MY LIPS MOST OF THE FILLER IS OUTSIDE THE BOARDER OF MY LIPS THEY LOOK LIKE SAUSAGES BECAUSE SHE INJECTED THE FILLER WEIRDLY THIS IS THE FIRST SND ONLY TIME MY LIPS HAVE LOOKED THIS STUPID. Only time I ever had this issue and got it dissolved was 8 years ago with the outdated injection techniques. Now I need to get dissolved again and have it corrected

I had an amazing experience at Cloud 9 Medi Spa. I had microneedling done with Kim, and she was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the spa has such a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Cloud 9 for many years. My treatments have changed as I have aged. Kim takes the time to understand what I want and she guides my treatments in a way that are effective without giving me treatments I don’t need. Some of my needs have been tricky and required not any usual treatment, but something more specific. Kim comes through every time. I trust her with my face and that says a lot. It’s a luxurious atmosphere, on-time appointments and excellent, friendly service. I could not recommend any higher.

Kim does an amazing job and is so talented. I’ve always been so pleased with everything I’ve had done here. The prices are fair and they regularly have great specials. I’ve been coming to Cloud 9 for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bonuses- The building is beautiful, everything is squeaky clean, and all the staff are wonderful. HIGHLY recommended!

I have been seeing Kim since 2008 for all my facial needs. She understands both the art and the science of this work. Her eye for this work is the best! She listens to what I want, is collaborative and always leaves me looking and feeling refreshed and natural. I drive 90 miles to see her now that I no longer live in the area. So worth it! Thanks Cloud 9!
