Absolutely amazing service. Josh was beyond professional. He stayed in contact with me through calls and text guiding and helping my wife and I on the correct decisions for the repair of our shower before he even started the job. He went above and beyond on the work he accomplished well exceeding expectations. My wife even said how grateful she was that he took of his boots before coming into the house without even being asked. Really can’t express how satisfied I am with the work Josh accomplished and plan to continue using Fletchers and specially Josh through any other plumbing need.

Recently my water heater went out. Fletcher was able to come out the next day and replace my failing system. Josh installed my new water heater with all the required appurtenances. He was professional and communicated in detail about all the work to be performed. My new system is working great! Also, my installation passed the water heater permit inspection today . Thanks Josh for your superb work!

Josh from Fletcher’s Plumbing was ahead of schedule, friendly and resolved our issue the least invasive as possible. We called semi urgently and we were expecting several hours. Fletcher’s - give this guy a raise!

This is a neutral review but it’s just my honest experience with the company. My home warranty (Fidelity Home warranty) replaced my old water heater with a new 30 gallon A.O Smith signature 100 gas water heater in March 2025. When it was first newly installed, I had it on lowest heat setting and got 30 minutes of consistent hot water. But within the last couple months (January 2026), I was getting less hot water and had it on highest heat setting but was only getting 15-18 minutes of hot water. I knew something was wrong, so I contacted A.O smith and A.O smith said to call Fletchers Plumbing as they are a contracted AO smith warranty servicer. I did, and they sent Tony out. They checked the water meter and did a volume test. They ran the water, checked the temperature which was about 120 degrees at hottest setting and tried saying nothing was wrong and that it could be that my shower shoots out more water than anticipated. My shower water flow rate is only 1.5 gallons per minute, it’s not a high flow like other showers. I told him before I had 30 minutes of consistent hot water on lowest setting but now I’m not getting same performance. He didn’t listen to me and insisted there was probably nothing wrong but the issue could be somewhere else in the water line and they said that search would cost extra out of pocket. He also tried saying that if my shower is 2.5 gallons per minute flow like most showers then it would run out in 15 minutes for a 30 gallon water heater. Tony even tried showing me a chart via email on how much hot water to expect from certain gallon capacity water heaters. Again, he didn’t listen to me, my shower flow rate is only 1.5 gallons per minute and I know how the water heater performed when I first got it installed. I felt like they didn’t do proper diagnosis. I called AO smith technical support and requested a different servicer as I felt like I was dismissed and not listened to by fletchers. Turns out the plumbing company (company name: water heater specialists) that installed a new water heater on my secondary property is also a A.O smith warranty servicer so AO smith said I could get a second opinion from them because I felt fletchers didn’t do proper diagnosis. Kyle from Water Heater Specialists came by, and said my issue is likely due to a thermostat issue, and the thermostat is connected to gas control valve, and he said the water temperature on hottest setting should be around 140-150 degrees, not 120 degrees. Kyle said if the thermostat is faulty it could cause an issue with water temperature. Kyle with Water Heater Specialists then ordered the gas control valve thermostat assembly from A.O Smith and installed it and now my water heater is back to normal and I am now getting 30 minutes of hot water on lowest heat setting again. Unfortunately, Fletchers didn’t do a proper diagnosis on my water heater, their technician dismissed my concerns and didn’t listen to me, and quite frankly I’m glad I ended up calling another provider because another provider ended up doing the proper diagnosis and repair which resolved my issue. I see that plenty of people had positive experiences with Fletchers, but unfortunately my experience was not like the majority of people. Nothing against Fletchers though.

They did a great job hooking up my city water! Were very proactive and considerate, always asked me about moving my things out of the way, coming inside, etc. Brian the supervisor was really easy to work with. Josh the team lead was very efficient and communicated options to me as the project progressed. Technicians Brian and Jose were also great. Finally, I appreciated that they coordinated the utilities/surveying and city water inspection for me, which made things a lot more hands off for me!
