What a great experience at Cinemark Yuba City! From the moment we walked in, the building was spotless — it’s clear they take pride in keeping things clean and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which always makes a difference. And the popcorn? Absolutely delicious — perfectly buttered and fresh. Whether you’re making it a family night or a solo outing, this is the place to be for movies in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Dated, yes…but whatever you do, do not buy tickets for the two seats off to the side by the stairs. You will only see 1/2 the movie 🤣 I am tall and still had a viewing obstruction. I’m not sure why those seats would even ever be sold.

Great local theatre. Love the matinee pricing. Sound was not too overwhelming like other theaters and the seats were clean and comfortable. The Fandango app is a great way to get tickets and select your seats in advance. Highly recommended.

We were disappointed by our experience at Cinemark Yuba City. We have a baby and two toddlers, and were told we could not bring our stroller into the theater. Our stroller is compact, folds completely flat, and would have been tucked out of the way without impacting anyone else’s experience. With three children under five, the stroller isn’t just transportation—it’s how we carry diapers, snacks, cups, blankets, and everything else that comes with taking young children out. Having to leave it outside made an already challenging outing much more difficult. I understand staff may have been following company policy, but I wish there was some discretion for families using small, foldable strollers that can be safely stored during the movie. Cinemark advertises itself as family-friendly, and allowing folded strollers for families with multiple young children would go a long way toward making parents feel welcome.

Went to see project Hail Mary for a date night. I have breathing difficulties due to a paralyzed diaphragm. The staff assisted us in getting good seats with no stairs to climb and even cleaned the theater so I could wait in my seat for the movie to start. I don’t remember the name of the worker that sssisted us but I appreciate all the help and the accommodation.
