The worst kfc on the planet. We have dealt with this kfc yreka for many years, as my husband and I work around this area. Years ago it was a good experience. Good customer service and good food. NOW, the staff is very incompetent and rude. Never do they get the order right. We will gladly give our money to someone else. To the owner, I'm curious if you care how your staff is treating your customers. I was in customer service for over 34 years. Personally I'd fire them all (at least the ones who work on Sunday's, that's when we've ordered.) and start over.

Ordered 65.00 worth of food said the card was declined so we used another. Since there was certainly more then enough funds in the bank I called the bank who informed me they did NOT decline the ca4d there was never any transaction. I then called KFC to speak with the manager who informed me she was the one who waited on me I told her about the bank she was very rude and insisted her computer declined and basically she could have taken the card. I worked with cards and the bank has to tell you to do that you can't just do it. So why the lies don't know but I do have a good idea. Be aware of going here people. Very bad business and service. They didnt even have enough chicken that we ordered to fill the order. 12 pieces .5hey had to mix them. Tells you all you need to know

This is the worst KFC I have ever been too. The quality of there food is horrible and the staff is inconsistent and rude. I order the same thing every time I go there and the female employee proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that she knew what she was talking about and argued with me. Both times I went there there was missing items also. Just skip it and deal with Blackbear diners chicken strips basket for $9.99. Just as good.

Restroom was filthy. The door would not close. Trash containers were overflowing. Workers were fooling around. Service was slow and disorganized. Food was not up to the standard it used to have. If there was a manager, they are doing a poor job. We would never go there again!!

They didn't do as good as job as they usually do. The wait was long and they didn't give a good portion for the food. And they didn't put the chicken in the bowl
