They made my coffee INSANELY watered down and instead of remaking it, like I requested since it tasted disgusting, they just handed me an extra shot of espresso and a side of syrup ?

The coffee here is consistently fantastic, and the staff are always cheerful and welcoming! I love their seasonal blends and the cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Definitely my go-to for a caffeine fix!

Not that this place needs my review, but felt it was obligatory considering how well they treat me here. Stellar customer service and the coffee is amazing. I had visited today and a customer was being really hostile and belligerent even revisiting the store a few minutes apart and Sophia who works here maintained a high sense of professionalism all while still being very kind to me afterwards, not missing a beat. Really appreciate everything they do here

First time at Peet's Coffee and I thought it felt like Starbucks at first. But then you see all the staff with big smiles and just full of positive energy greeting everyone with so much joy. Sometimes it's the coffee, but the staff is more important! They can brighten anyone's day with great attitude and a smile 😃. Plus, their coffee is good 👍.
