I had a wonderful experience with dental hygienist, Sarah. She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She was kind, professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The office manager was also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire staff was professional and made me feel valued as a patient. I truly appreciate the excellent care and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience. Thank you, Sarah, and the whole team, for your hard work and dedication!

I highly recommend this dental office. The staff is exceptional, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Conlon is amazing and truly shows care and interest in her patients and their dental needs including crowns and alignment. Everyone is always cheerful, pleasant, and makes the visit feel comfortable. I appreciate the kindness and quality care I receive every time.

I am incredibly phobic of the dentist and avoid it at all costs - I will white knuckle pain and live with extreme discomfort before I’ll go. Jacob, Hannah, Carmen and both doctors on site completely Changed my perspective on going to the dentist. There’s a sweet little support dog that sat on my lap, the music is excellent, the office is full of plants that are healthy and thriving. The office is clean, they’re all professionals, but it doesn’t feel robotic or like you’re just another number walking through the door. I can’t believe I’m saying I’m actually looking forward to a cleaning

This place is just about the money. Several upsetting and disappointing things took place during and after my visit to this office. If I had it to do over I would have followed my gut instinct and never gone back after my initial encounter with them. I certainly would never sign any contracts with this dentist to treat around what my insurance did or didn't approve. II was told I needed a bridge and some other work. When I didn't qualify under my insurance , for several more months they tried alternate funding. When that didn't work they offered to do the work for a cash price and whipped out a contract to pay them monthly . Two failed temporary caps in 24 hours and a broken bicuspid with a lost filling because they failed to tell me that the tooth needed a root canal and I shouldn't have been chewing on it. even though I was instructed to chew on that side. When I called to tell them about the tooth there were no weekend emergency appointments with any of their other offices in surrounding towns. I still have the cracked tooth shifting around in my mouth. When I told them two days after the initial visit I would not be continuing treatment with them I was told they already did all the work that they were billing for even though I never got a bridge or the pulled tooth to prep for the procedure. They were also juvenile and rude about a family member who was also a new patient saying my family member had a"a lot of problems." after my family member refused the "cash offer" or to sign any contracts. Which I advised them against signing. They gave a sarcastic laugh and a knowing glance when talking about my family member. Right I after I left the office that family member came in and heard one of the staff complaining about me. I went back to a previous dentist who pointed out what was not done right and what should have been done. I'm still considering my options. The Dentists of West Sacramento destabilized the integrity of my teeth. And did not do the work they claimed was already done for which they are billing me.

The best experience I’ve ever had! I’m autistic and haven't been to the dentist in about 5 years due to how terrifying it is for me. The entire staff here is so wonderful, caring, and reassuring. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or guilty about my teeth and gums which truly took so much pressure off. I was constantly checked in on and made sure I was doing okay! Dr. Conlon was gentle, efficient, understanding and quick. The front desk staff was superb! They explained my dental plan, payment options, and outcomes exceptionally well! Bonus perk for Karma! She’s so sweet and really helped calm my anxiety and nerves. This office really felt like they care about the patients and want the best outcome for them. I felt comfy, taken care of, and not judged in the slightest. Thank you to all the staff here for a truly wonderful experience going back to a dentist after so many years. I will continue to come here and recommend to everyone who needs a dentist especially if you have anxiety about dental appointments!
