A Must-Visit Culinary Gem in California My experience at Ciaco Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in California. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal. To start, the freshly baked bread served at the table was absolutely delightful warm, soft, and the perfect introduction to what was to come. One dish that completely stole the show was the squash flower blossom. It is an absolute must-try and hands down one of the most delicious dishes on the menu. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was simply divine. I also fell in love with their wood-fired pizza. You can really taste the authenticity and quality in every bite, with that perfect crispy-yet-chewy crust that only a proper wood-fired oven can deliver. If you’re looking for great value, their happy hour menu is one of the best around offering fantastic options without compromising on quality. Overall, Ciaco delivers an unforgettable experience with outstanding food, excellent service, and a warm ambiance. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a standout dining experience in California. I can’t wait to go back! They also have freshly baked dessert its one of hidden gems.

Ciao Ristorante was a random find while on a weekend getaway. Their hospitality is the best and food is just as amazing. I haven’t quite found a pasta dish I am over the moon for, but their wood fired pizzas are scrumptious! I am not much of a crust person, but this dough and this crust, I devour! My favorite is their pear gorgonzola pizza, which may be a bit of a niche pizza, but definitely worth trying! And what I love most on their menu is the little coconut mango cake that is one of many in their dessert armoire. This cake has a soft sponge cake that pairs so well with flavors of mango and coconut and is not overly sweet. One of my favorite desserts ever! They have gelato, Italian cookies and all kinds of other cakes. There is even a mini mart section you can buy pasta, pesto, fresh cured meats and cheeses! This place really does it all. They have a private banquet hall for rent and I sure see why. As someone who makes a trip down from LA just for pizza, but mainly cake, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Tried the penne alla vodka (switched penne with Spaghetti) and Rigatoni alla Boscaiola. Both of them are very good, creamy and flavorful. Tiramisu is very good and perfect, and it tasted like home made with a balance of cream and bread. The strawberry cheesecake gelato is a must try too!!

This Italian restaurant serves delicious lasagna, cioppino, and cannolis, and I they have a lot of desert options. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the dishes feel truly authentic. I also really enjoy the lively atmosphere, along with the friendly staff and attentive service, which make the whole experience even better. The food came out quickly, and we were in and out within about 45 minutes, which made it a perfect spot for a great meal without a long wait.

Caters to personal requests..like what an italian resto should be! Great food..awesome service our new favorite T'lian-crave place! Came in for a second time..calamari fritti no contest ingredients used in all dishes definitely not canned🤣..food..service..and atmosphere absolutely consistent even the customers are nice! Go here for the Amore! Wish they had grilled whole squid like in trattorias!
