I want to begin by saying that this was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I have always visited the Torrance location and have never experienced an issue like this. I ordered an Anti Cobb Salad, and the employee who took my order began preparing it. While making my salad, another customer entered and placed an order. The employee accepted cash payment, provided change, then went outside and returned with a wallet. After handling cash, change, and a wallet, he immediately resumed preparing my salad without washing or sanitizing his hands. I asked him, "Are you really not going to wash your hands before continuing to prepare my food?" Due to this serious food safety concern, I requested a refund, and he returned $20 in cash. To the restaurant owner and management: Employees handling food must follow proper handwashing and sanitation procedures. Failing to wash hands after handling cash and other items presents a significant food safety risk and can lead to foodborne illness. This is not something that should ever be taken lightly. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure the safety of your customers. Definitely do not recommend this location!!

I used to come to this place all the time till i moved out of state. I finally came back to visit and this place was definitely on my list. I was highly disappointed, the quality and the taste is not the same yet the price double up, I will miss the food i once craved

This review is negative because of the service we have received, the young lady staff a total snub. Creating an unwelcoming atmosphere to customers. The food is average in taste. will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered the CA turkey club sandwich for delivery. Specified NO mustard. Unfortunately, received with Dijon mustard on not only 1, but BOTH slices of bread! Ugh😞 Would have been a good sandwich otherwise.

Under new management but the food quality still seems great. Expect a decent wait as they get slammed with catering orders around lunch time and it can take a bit to make your food. Parking is terrible in this lot but you can usually find a spot. Price on the higher side for a sandwich / salad, but the salads are huge (a whole can easily serve 2-3).
