There was a sign on one of the gas pumps that said “tap your card,” so I assumed the card slot wasn’t working. I tried tapping multiple times, but my card wouldn’t go through, I also tried the card slot but to no avail. So I went to the cashier to ask for assistance. The cashier seemed annoyed right away, which caught me off guard. I’ve been a regular customer there for years, so the reaction was unpleasant. He reluctantly came out to assist me and, with a bit of attitude, pointed out that there was a sign saying to tap only. I explained that I had tried tapping, but it wasn’t working. When I asked if the other pumps were also tap-only, he just said, “You can try,” in a dismissive way. I ended up using another machine, which worked fine but the whole interaction was pretty disappointing in terms of customer service.

I pulled in to get gas, and some dude is parked at the gas pump, immediately comes up and starts begging for money for gas. While I'm sympathetic to him and his situation, the gas station owner should really not let beggars park at the pump and bother customers. I had my wife and kids in the car, and I didn't want to get out, so we just left. The gas station lost business because of it.

I would not recommend anyone use there car wash. Talk about trying to save money. They use little to no watered down soap that runs down before the scrubbers even get to your car. To top it all off you get 8 sec to dry your entire car. What a waste of money.

So bad news folks. This car wash that they have this location is not very good. You can see my picture. I just drove through this car wash about 20 minutes ago now that my car is dry I see all of this. It also has huge spots that was missed on my hood and on my ceiling. Also when I was inside of the car and the wash is going on it felt like the whole thing was slamming into the panel's potentially denting them. I didn't see any major damage on the outside when I inspected the car but I am worried about the small things that maybe I can't see at night. But at the very least a car wash that doesn't wash your car is not worth the money. Granted I only spent the $7 to get the cheap wash. But that was a waste of money. I will never use as Car Wash again on my $28,000 investment. And frankly if the owner reads this please know that I'm really disappointed in your machinery. And I'm personally disappointed in you for not caring enough to get this thing repaired. I feel you a violated The public's Trust.

Very nice little gas station. Friendly cashier very nice and clean restroom. Right off of the freeway.
