Don’t trust the return system. I tried to return a cart I got I just passing mentioned I had it in my car. And that was enough for the manager to say it was a user related issue and non refundable now when I tried to explain this was just a guess she still said no.when I bought the cart I was explicitly told I could return it if it clogs or If I don’t like it I feel cheated out of a return especially when I got home the tip to the cart popped off is this a user related issue?

Great Experience Every Time If you are in the Twentynine Palms area, Red Falcon Dispensary is definitely worth a visit. The energy is welcoming, and the entire operation is smooth and professional. Here is what makes it worth checking out: Helpful Customer Service: The staff are consistently patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and offer solid recommendations without any rush. Good Selection & Pricing: They carry a great variety of high-quality products—from flower to edibles and disposables—at very reasonable prices. Discreet Packaging: A nice, practical touch is that they package your items in clean, discreet gift bags for your walk out the door. Community-Minded: It is also great to support a local, Indigenous-owned business that takes clear pride in its service. The wait times are short, the layout is organized, and the vibe is always comfortable. It is easily one of the best spots around, and I will definitely be back.

For the ONLY dispensary, its ok. ASK for the freshest product and look for yourself. Selling product that is 10+ months old. Price changes but decent. Forever changing policy. Website says one thing but in person it's another. Buy 2 items and get a 3rd item for $1/free. They don't tell you that they choose the 3rd item, which is written no where on the website, and it's old dry product.
