Kia Is an extremely talented masseuse. I’ve had massages at many fancy spas and I’ve never had one better than the one she gives. Geeta at the front desk is very sweet and attentive. I really love getting a massage at Elements Westlake.

I've been a client here for quite some time, and highly recommend it. Recently I had to switch therapists as mine had an injury and is taking time off. I found Connie, who is a really talented therapist and a kind and pleasant person to boot. Give them a try!

Kia gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages at the Westlake Inn, The Four Seasons, and other resorts. The quality of the massage I got at Elements Massage was far and above better than my other experiences. I didn’t even have to tell Kia where I hold the stress because she could feel it. I was incredibly impressed. So much, though that I prepaid for three more massages on the spot. I highly recommend Kia, she was wonderful!

My husband went for a massage since his chiropractor was out of town. The massage was only so-so. Not enough for him to go back. THEN we started getting billed $89 a month then $99 a month saying he had joined something. He never joined their "club" and he never signed anything other than to sign in. When I questioned them they sent me the document he supposedly signed. HE DID NOT SIGN IT. TOTAL FRAUD. I have yet to get his money back, but I am going to report them.
