Paradiso makes a strong first impression with its stylish, well thought through design. The space is divided into two main dining areas, plus a private table option, with the bar smartly placed at the center of the restaurant. It feels modern, open, and intentionally laid out rather than crowded. Bathrooms might need some attention and maybe a renovation. Service is genuinely pleasant and attentive. Staff are consistently on the lookout for guests without being intrusive, which makes the overall experience relaxed and well-managed. Food is a mixed bag. The calamari was unfortunately far too greasy and ended up mostly untouched. On the positive side, the beet salad with arugula stood out as light, fresh, healthy, and generously portioned. The Wagyu burger was juicy and satisfying, and it comes with a generous serving of parmesan fries that easily steal some attention. Had to take some to-go though. Overall, Paradiso delivers on ambiance and service, with some solid food highlights, but a bit more consistency in execution would push it higher.

Service was good and fast .. the food did not come out All together but not Far from each other. They must have 2 bartenders b/c I had to lemondrops 🍋 the rim for 1st one was good and the 2nd one dripid all over the glass and made the glass all sticky so when I grabbed the glass got my hand ✋🏽/ fingers 🤌🏽 sticky. Then I think for such a classy place to give out a paperkip receipt at the end. Side note .. The is exactly good 😊

The place was decent. For the starters, the calamari was fantastic. It was crispy and not too oily. The chicken piccata was alright but not the best. The house ravioli was pretty good. The Italian restaurant was good but not the best that I've ever had. Additonally, the prices were very expensive as well. For the price and the quality of the food, maybe its best to go somewhere else. On the bright side, the ambiance and the setup at the restaurant is fantastic.

Great food. Lively setting. We had a delicious rigatoni pasta with short rib and a pizza with pepperoni and crimini mushrooms. And then an apple cobbler a la mode for dessert. Great place for a date night or just a nice treat.

Paradiso is one of the nicest restaurants we have in San Leandro. It is a bit pricey, but the quality and experience always justify it. The food has been consistently good on every visit, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lively and comfortable. It has become one of our family go to spots for celebrations. Even the kids love it, and the desserts are fantastic. My personal favorite is the avocado and crab salad. We have never had a bad meal here and always leave happy.
