We can’t say enough great things about Love to Play Indoor Playground. This was the perfect way to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday and truly one of the best gifts we could have given him. We requested a Super Mario–themed celebration, and they made it happen beautifully. It was such a perfect match for our little guy—just like Mario, he’s curious, clever, funny, full of charm, and always ready for his next little adventure. Seeing his smile light up the room was priceless. The Manager was so easy to talk to and incredibly accommodating with our special requests, our host Jasmine and the staff were warm, attentive, and amazing throughout the day. The space is spacious, clean, and perfect for kids to play freely, and all the children had an absolute blast. This place truly deserves top ratings. We left with happy kids, full hearts, and memories we’ll cherish forever—a birthday win worthy of a Super Star ⭐️🍄

We had a birthday party here, and unfortunately, the event ended on a sour note that completely overshadowed the occasion. At 8 PM, around closing time, my two kids went to the counter to redeem their points. The employee at the counter was perfectly willing to help them, but another woman walked over, rudely interrupted, stopped the transaction, and told the employee that it was the kids’ fault for coming so late and that they should have come sooner. Let that sink in: Two kids trying to redeem their points at closing time, met with an unnecessarily rude lecture instead of basic courtesy. If the counter was closed or there was a policy against redeeming points at that time, it could have been communicated politely. There was absolutely no need to embarrass children or speak to them that way. Children may not always get their timing right, but adults should know better than to make them feel unwelcome over something so trivial. Apparently, customer service here comes with an attitude, and kindness has an earlier closing time than the store itself. We helped choose this venue to celebrate a birthday and create happy memories. Instead, this is the impression your staff chose to leave with our family and our guests. A birthday party is an opportunity to win over several families at once; one rude interaction can just as easily lose them all. We won't be hosting any more parties here or recommending this venue to others. You can have whatever closing-time policy you want, but if enforcing it means treating children disrespectfully, perhaps the bigger issue isn't the customers arriving late - it's the customer service arriving even later.

We had the wonderful time celebrating our son’s 8th birthday here. Finding a place that could comfortably handle 30+ energetic kids while still feeling unique and special was not easy, but this place turned out to be perfect for us. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The play area was fantastic, the setup was neat and organized, and we truly appreciated how clean and sanitized everything was before the party began. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were so kind, supportive, and attentive throughout the celebration, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the day with our son and our guests. Seeing all the kids laughing, playing, and having such a great time made the day incredibly memorable for our family. Truly a hidden gem, and we are so glad we chose this place for celebration ❤️

We recently hosted our child’s birthday party here and had a very disappointing experience. Before the party, we communicated with multiple staff members and were switched between contacts, which led to inconsistent information. We upgraded to the Classic package expecting a larger room and additional play time. However, the room we received appeared similar in size (if not smaller) to the BYO room, so the upgrade did not provide the added space we expected. They claim classic room can host 15 adults, but with 13 adults, several of our guests didn’t even have enough space to stand comfortably. Our party was on a Sunday from 5:30–6:30pm, and since the facility closes at 7pm, the kids only had about 30 minutes to play afterward. This limitation was not clearly communicated, and some of our little guests were disappointed. We also reached out afterward to try to resolve this, but our concerns were dismissed and the response we received was largely defensive. Overall, the experience did not match what we expected, and I would not recommend it.

We visited Luv 2 Play for our son's friend's birthday party today, and we had a great time! The indoor play center has dedicated areas for babies, toddlers under 4, and bigger kids, so everyone can join in on the fun. It was pretty packed when we went, likely due to the rainy weekend and multiple birthday parties. One minor inconvenience we encountered is that there was only one staff member checking people in, causing a line at the entrance. However, our kids got to take pictures with Captain America and Spiderman, who were both warm and welcoming, making our experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Luv 2 Play to anyone seeking a fun indoor play area for their kids or a birthday party venue. My son is already asking to go back again. It's worth noting that Luv 2 Play is a socks-only facility, so make sure to bring your socks. Additionally, no outside food is allowed, but you can purchase pizzas and other snacks inside.
