I absolutely love this yoga studio. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive, which makes it easy to feel comfortable no matter your experience level. My favorite class is Warm Vinyasa Flow—the room is warm but not overly hot, which is perfect for moving and breathing with ease. The instructors are amazing: knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed to helping students grow both physically and mentally. I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Michael the owner is very opened to feedback and always trying to make your experience better. Thank you Balance Yoga Staff for always being a welcoming home to decompress and help stay healthy and get stronger.

This place saved my life! I was in a deep dark depression for months, but then started slowly moving and taking classes from here and I feel lively again :) Its perfect because i dont need to be all upbeat and pumped before the workout. It eases you in and eases you out, and a lottt tougher than you think because of the heated room! It’s been months of going to this studio and taking inferno hot pilared/hot yoga that my body and mind have changed as a person. I definitely owe this studio my life. And ALL the instructors are so welcoming and attentive to you, it starts feeling like home.

The best and toughest yoga studio in the Bay Area and beyond! Love it! Seriously, the Pilates classes solved my back issues and got me running again. Thank you to Mike the owner and all his great instructors! I am grateful!

I love BYC. I try to come 5-6 times a week, and it’s my “home” yoga studio. I’m so glad to see them back in April 2023. This is a great studio with very friendly staff and wonderful instructors. I started in 2013, and as long as I’m in this area, I will be sticking with BYC. I would highly recommended.
