Minute Key

This was a great way to get keys made super easy. Although I am sure some specialty keys may not be available in this device. Overall it was a good experience. It would be nice if it could go faster for multiple copies of the same key. But over all good machine and accurate key cutting.

had an issue with my keys working - I called customer service and they refunded me right away. Single sided keys are no problem, but don't try and do a key with teeth on both sides, the kiosk can't seem to handle that. They are great for house keys and the like.

The house key I copied did not work. Looking at it closely I could see that the teeth weren't cut deep enough compared to the original. They emailed me a receipt which went to my junk file and when I clicked to send it to my inbox, it failed to load and disappeared. I'm out $4.17 and a wasted trip to Lowe's.

A quick and easy procedure. It was just a matter of putting my key in the slot, pushing a few buttons and done. I’ll definitely return next time I need a key(s) made.

I had broken my key in the lock. And I did not have a extra key. I remember that Minute Key has a digital copy of my key. So. I finally had a chance to see if it really works. To my surprise. It worked perfectly. No problem at all. Thank you. Minute Key.
