We had such a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese in San Bernardino today! Jasmine, our cashier, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in explaining the new Silver Membership we signed up for and made sure we understood how to maximize all of our benefits. She even helped us make the most of our order by recommending upgrades like XL pizzas and stuffed crust. She was quick, efficient, friendly, and genuinely pleasant with my entire family. Our food came out incredibly fast, and everything was delicious! The soda was perfectly carbonated and refreshing, the salad bar ingredients were fresh, and every container was fully stocked. The salad bar area was also clean and well maintained. Overall, the service, food, and cleanliness were excellent. Jasmine really stood out and made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very bad experience. This place is not inclusive at all. If your kids has autism, maybe reconsider bringing them at this branch. Even if we are chuck e cheese members, bought food for all the adults and our other kids, spent a few hundred bucks with our friends. (Group of around 20) We asked kindly and did not keep it or hid it from them. Maybe better to not be honest next time. They prefer you just hiding it in a ziplock and not telling them. That’s what the manager said. All I’m asking is an exception for my son with autism. I had to fight the manager just to allow him to have a few pieces in a plate. This place doesn’t care abour your kid. They are very strict. Rules are rules she said. Very disappointing. I was even planning to host a birthday party at chuck e cheese, never again. Happened today Mar 20, 2026 3pm.

We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday and I’m so glad we did. We booked an early party at 10 and basically had the place to ourselves. Staff was very pleasant and our host was great. My only complaint is that the trampoline area is not included with the price of the party.

Pay attention when attempting to play games here, especially when you have little kids who won’t know. Multiple games will take your credit, but won’t actually let you start playing. I had to notify the workers multiple times to return the credits because the game wouldn’t start.

was there tonight 3/31/26 food and service were great until it was closing time. Idk who on staff thought it was a good idea to rush and kick everyone out at 9 by turning off all the games and lights with many kids and adults still inside. I understand having to close up but this practice of turning off lights while guests are still inside is very rude and unprofessional and just ruins the experience.
