We have been going here for about 3 years, mostly the first class of the day or their weekend events like sound baths and ecstatic dance. Everyone is so friendly, the teachers are outstanding and lovely human beings. If you are looking for a yoga studio to call home, try this out and tell them Emil sent you. Fells like no matter what yoga level your at, you will fit right in

Martine's Mindful Flow is fantastic. Thoughtful sequencing and immersive class. I left feeling refreshed and far more open. Martine is a gifted teacher!

Home Studio is just that- a second home to me. I have met the most wonderful people that have become true friends. It’s a place for deep connection and authenticity. The classes provide space for all levels, but what I love the most is that there is no pressure to push beyond your boundaries and offer mindful instruction to connect to the breath. The classes are part of my practice of wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

I attended Martine’s yoga classes in SF in 2019, right before the pandemic. I loved her classes so much that I even did Zoom yoga with her during the pandemic. When I found out she had moved to San Anselmo and was opening a yoga studio here, I was thrilled. Martine’s classes are infused with mindfulness, joy, and strength (you will be sore after the Powerful Flow classes!). Whether you are looking for a good workout or for something more relaxed, you will find a class that suits your style. Martine’s classes have become part of my self-care ritual, and our whole community is so lucky to have her.
