I had a first- slow leaks in both my left front and left rear tires. And I really need reliable wheels - I just moved my office from near my home in Monterey to one in Sanborn near 101 and took my car to Frank Rossi's place in Salinas. A world class guy - his team took care of my car. Thank you Frank - I will definitely be back and will share with my teammates that they should come see you for their car care and tire needs. I took my 1998 truck in for brakes and it needed way more than just brakes. The communication with Carlos and Michael was excellent, they told me what was needed and what could wait. Who does that? There were options presented and they helped me make good, sound choices. I am now a loyal customer and have told so many people of my wonderful experience with Rossi Bros. In addition, as a Costco member, Costco recommended Rossi Bros. for service and provided a 15% discount! You know Costco isn't going to align themselves with a company that is horrible. That's the reassurance I needed, and I was not disappointed! Thank you Rossi Bros. for being a reputable business that truly cares about your customers.

Got my differential fluid (f/r), radiator fluid, brake fluid changed, and tires balanced/ rotated at a great rate! They could improve on attention to detail, but overall a positive experience.
