My experience is always exceptional. I’m not a fan of the dentist but pearl dentistry and implants makes you feel right at home. Ayooo my dental hygienist took care of my tooth cleaning and was very personable love her! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist !

Great experience with Pearl Dentistry's dental appointment services today! Five stars 🌟 professional dental care services was rendered to my dental care procedures with patient care and safety 😀 provided me. It's commendable and was excellent oral medical care of my teeth received from the assigned dental hygienist on 08/27/2026 at the Pearl's Dentistry Office in Salinas, CA. I say to the dental x-rays department "hands on" dental technician who took the pictures and the too the assigned teeth cleaning professional who performed an excellent job with confident experienced expertise on my teeth cleaning; I say again 😀 THANK YOU! I got a partial crown done here (overlay). It fell multiple times while eating soft food and even flossing. In under a year, it’s fallen off 3 times November, February and August. February they didn’t charge me to recement and today they said it would be 250$ for exam plus recement fee. I got it done in 2024 and have had to go back 5 times. Would not recommend this place. It looks nice but would not recommend to get work done here.

Yolanda, my RDH, was wonderful! She took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my teeth after my visit and even complimented me on doing a great job flossing and brushing. She made my experience very pleasant and comfortable. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Rarely take the time to write bad reviews but this place needs to improve their service and communication. Apart from a great hygienist that I’m sure most people that do reviews know about, this place doesn’t seem welcoming. I struggled with the same issue for over a year; taking regular trips and multiple payments for the same issue that was never fully resolved. It also took them more than 1 month to issue a simple refund and took them 5 years to figure out I owed them from 2021 service. Today is the last day I will consider this business as an option. Not only was today’s experience awful, they pretty much said figure out. I will figure it out.
