I was a model for EWC in Salinas California. 5 Stars ⭐️ service all around. Incredible staff Shelby front desk. Michelle store Manager. She was most definitely the best in making me feel comfortable and confident. And my trainee Mikaela was extremely professional and did a great job on my service. I feel and look good. You guys are number 1. Best business I have ever been to. 10/10 two thumbs 👍 way up!

Juliana and Holly are the best! I highly recommend EWC in general. I’ve been to multiple locations both in state and out of state and I will say both Juliana and Holly are my favorite waxers. They’re friendly, efficient, check on their clients often on comfortability. I’m sure their other waxers are just as amazing too. Plus front end staff(check in) are awesome too. I’ve had some great conversations with front end waiting for my appt with my waxer. Highly recommend EWC, especially this location! Also, any complainers, listen to your waxers advice and instructions. They know what they are doing! I’ve even asked a waxer during my visit about how/if they can wax people with Psoriasis because I know someone needing a wax with that condition and Juliana was great explaining the difference in waxing with this condition! Juliana and Holly definitely deserve a raise or bonus! Okay, I’m done ranting about how great the service is here.

First time with Barbara and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable. She was super friendly, but professional. She made me laugh as if we knew each other for a long time. She was fast, but gentle and very knowledgeable . She is now my go to waxer lady! I Highly recommend her!! 5 stars for Barbara 💯% !

It was my very first time at a European Wax Center and it was such a lovely experience! Shelby, at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Then when it was time for the appointment my specialist, Mikaela was so kind and she did an amazing job! It was the best waxing experience I had ever had. She was so gentle and precise that it didn’t even hurt! My daughter also got her waxing done by Mikaela and she also enjoyed it very much. I know where I’m going to get my waxing done next time and I can’t recommend them enough! Great job European Wax Center team!💖💖💖🩷🩷🩷
