I had such a great experience 🤍 The salon is so welcoming, clean and just had a really comfortable atmosphere. They even had snacks and refreshments, which was such a nice little touch. Jenna did my hair, and she was so sweet and easy to talk to. She really listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and did an amazing job. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I definitely recommend checking this salon out if you’re looking for a friendly place with great service. 💐

Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, as it isn't always convenient for me to do so. I came here for a massage with Deanna, the massage therapist. I really enjoyed the massage; Deanna is a true professional, and it’s clear she has a lot of experience. She was very attentive to my requests and dedicated the full hour I had paid for to the session. I would love to see her again. The only reason I lowered my rating is that the salon doesn't have its own parking lot. So, if you're heading there, allow an extra 15 minutes to find street parking and pay for the spot.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences like this, I feel obligated to warn others. Most recently, I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment only to find no receptionist and no staff at the front desk except a man who identified himself as the owner's husband. He informed me that my stylist had left and then told me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes without a single update. When I finally approached him to ask what was going on, he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to contact the stylist, and no effort to reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. A few months earlier, on the day of an event that I specifically needed my hair done for, the salon called me at 10:00 AM and demanded that I move my 3:00 PM appointment to 11:00 AM—with just one hour's notice. I was in the middle of a Pilates class and had brunch plans, and my event wasn't until 6:00 PM. When I explained that I couldn't completely rearrange my day on an hour's notice, I was essentially told that my appointment would otherwise be canceled. I have never encountered a business that expects clients to reorganize their entire day with one hour's notice and then acts as though that request is perfectly reasonable. And because I have read the owner's responses to other reviews, I want to address something preemptively: I did not have a history of no-shows. I canceled one appointment approximately 24 hours in advance because I had food poisoning. That is the entirety of my "history." If the salon chooses to characterize that as repeated no-shows or an unreliable client, it would be completely inaccurate. I understand that scheduling issues happen. What is difficult to accept is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for a client's time. After being left waiting without answers and previously being expected to drop everything and rearrange my entire day with one hour's notice, I can no longer recommend this salon. There are too many excellent salons out there to spend your time and money at one that treats appointments as optional and customers as an afterthought.

The appointment I scheduled with Jesennia for makeup services for my friend's wedding was canceled just 30 minutes before the appointment—two hours before the wedding. The person who contacted me explained that Jesennia was running late and suggested that I visit other beauty salons to ask if they could fit me in as a walk-in. My husband, who was the best man, missed the pre-wedding photoshoot with the groom because he had to go to Sephora to buy makeup for me so I could do it myself while I frantically searched for anyone who might be available. I couldn't find anyone and ended up doing my own makeup in the bathroom at the wedding venue 30 minutes before the ceremony. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. Canceling a bridal makeup appointment at the last minute and telling the client to find another salon is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and find someone more reliable.

Great day to be a teenager. My daughter got a facial with acne treatment. Will be a regular after these results. Mila is wonderful, very gentle and attentive. Nice spa facility in Sacramento.
