Great customer service. Old school service with a smile environment. Great waiting room. They estimate take an hour and 10 minutes finish within 1 hour. Last, the pricing for an oil change is affordable which is almost the same price it cost to do it yourself. Very happy.

Hal’s is hands down THE BEST! Friendly and helpful with arranging rides for you, detailed & will give you the most honest assessment of what ails your automobile and then send you a report. They keep up on what service is needed for my 2009 Ford Escape hybrid and then they contact me. They are not condescending or patronizing to this 67 year old woman. I recommend them to all my friends even those in Roseville because honesty & peace of mind is what we all deserve especially when it comes to our transportation needs.

I feel like I have a new care. My 2005 Toyota Highlander was thoroughly inspected and some serious safety repairs needed to be done. Now my car has many more safe miles ahead. I am very pleased with their honesty and high quality work. I highly recommend Hal’s.

Darren and Chris were very accommodating and inviting handling my initial phone call and arrival at the reception desk. I was a new client and had a coupon for their service. My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks etc. Very thorough review of my car and possible problems that needed attention. However, the final projected cost of suggested maintenance repairs was more than my 2005 Toyota Matrix was worth. 🫤Yikes! I did appreciate their investigation but had a sense of being up sold although there was no pressure in following up on their recommendations. Very clean shop!

Friendly, clean, and accommodating. I got a next day appointment for an oil change. I was able to work from the comfortable waiting room. The staff was very pleasant. Everything about the transaction was easy. If you need no-headache auto maintenance, this is the spot! I'll certainly be back.
