After 4+ years as a loyal customer (one or two haircuts a year) I’m done with this place. Most of my experiences here have been mediocre at best, but I kept coming back. My last visit was with Josh. He’s not particularly personable, which I can overlook, but the haircut itself had a glaring problem: a large chunk of hair on the back of my head was left noticeably longer than the other side. Not subtle, my wife spotted it immediately. When I called to get it fixed, I was told their policy requires complaints within one week. I called 13 days after the appointment. Despite being a customer for over four years, they showed zero flexibility and told me I’d need to book-and pay full price for-an entirely new haircut. No accountability, no goodwill, no return visit from me. For what they charge, you can do better.

Find a barber you like and stick with them. It's not the cheapest place but it's very consistent and the service is good. TN is excellent and very friendly and professional. Love the free drinks as well, they've added sparkling water which is perfect on a hot day. Don't always need alcohol haha. Parking can be challenging on busy days at town and country, so you might have to look a bit to find a spot. Cuts for men can take 30-45 minutes depending on the service I think. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance, although they typically have space same day.

Long T absolutely killed it—one of the best barber experiences I’ve had. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure the cut came out exactly how I wanted. The blend was clean, the lineup was sharp, and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about his craft and takes pride in making sure every client leaves looking fresh. Definitely recommend Long T if you want a barber who is precise, consistent, and genuinely talented.

I had another wonderful experience with Julia today! She is incredibly talented, professional, and always pays great attention to every detail. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and consistently delivers amazing results. Not only is she an excellent stylist, but she is also kind, welcoming, and makes every appointment enjoyable. I always leave feeling confident and receiving compliments on my haircut. My first time here and it was such a great experience that I will be returning. James was such a great barber. He welcomed me and made me feel at ease. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted and at the end it came out just like the picture. The 45 mins I was there flew by. Easy to converse with and great customer service. Thanks for the haircut James I’ll definitely be back!
