Huge shoutout to West Mitsubishi for absolutely knocking it out of the park with the amazing job installing the new Logiq Air Suspension System on our Ford F350! 👏🏽🔥 From start to finish, the entire experience was top tier. The workmanship is CLEAN, professional, and incredibly well done. You can tell right away they take pride in what they do. Everything was mounted perfectly, the wiring and compressor setup look amazing, and the whole system runs flawlessly. The attention to detail was seriously impressive. Not only did they do phenomenal work, but the customer service was just as great. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It is hard to find shops these days that truly care about both quality and customer experience, and West Mitsubishi absolutely delivered on both. Our F350 rides smoother, handles the load better, and honestly just feels more solid overall now. Could not be happier with the outcome. If you are looking for suspension work, airbags, or upgrades done RIGHT the first time, I highly recommend West Mitsubishi. Thank you guys again for taking such great care of us and our truck! 🙌🏽🚛🔥

I had an amazing experience at West Mitsubishi in Orland, CA when purchasing my 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander. Victor Jacobo was the person who helped me throughout the entire process, and he made everything so easy and stress-free. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Victor really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I truly appreciate how smooth he made the whole car-buying experience. My wife and I got scammed from another dealership and found ourselves in a very rough position needing a car. Jorge, was incredibly helpful and not only got us in a brand new outlander sport model but got the headache off our shoulders as well. They made buying easy and will definitely be back. I stopped by West Mitsubishi on St. Patrick’s Day and was treated to a great, old-fashioned BBQ—with owner Gary Campbell out front grilling hot dogs himself! Both Gary and GM Sonny were out there engaging with customers, and the entire team at West Mitsubishi is easily one of the friendliest and most welcoming dealership staffs I’ve come across. If you’re in the market for a new Mitsubishi or a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Gary and Sonny. Great people, great atmosphere, and a dealership that truly knows how to take care of its customers.
