I always have a great experience at this dental office. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk receptionist Savannah was especially friendly and helpful—check-in was smooth, and she makes scheduling and insurance questions easy to understand. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend 😊👍🏽👍🏽

I had a great experience at Bright Now Dental during my recent cleaning. Monica at the front desk was very welcoming—she checked me in quickly and clearly explained my treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. I was called back within just a few minutes, which I really appreciated. Leticia has been my hygienist for the past few years, and she continues to provide excellent care every visit. She’s thorough, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate the consistency and professionalism from the whole team. Highly recommend!

Everyone I met today was so great. I was so impressed with how thorough and helpful everyone was!! I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking or anyone who deals with anxiety when it comes to the dentist. They were honest too, which is very important to me. They genuinely seam to only want to help and not just take your money. I will be recommending them to my mom and friend who are both looking for a new dentist! My experience with this dental office was overall substandard. No one was at the front desk when I arrived. The office chairs were filthy- I didnt even want to put my purse on one. The assistant touch everything in the room with her gloves then proceeded to touch her keyboard, mouse my chair and equipment and touch the probs and put them in my mouth with the sane gloves. Trash was on the floor in my exam room and they ultimately exhausted their time and my appointment ended with my cleaning! The office manager Monica stated this was normal but I have never had to return for my cleaning when the purpose of rhe visit was for the cleaning. My appointment ended at 6pm and the hygienist had already left for the day. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm.... I was on time! I tried to explain to Monica that I would like to go to another dentist and asked her not to charge my insurance for the exam and xrays given my substandard experience and she refused. She literally told me it was my fault for not bringing this up "earlier" even though I called her first thing the next morning. At most she was only willing to talk to her staff about their behavior. Im now seeing another dentist with higher standards.

After looking into a number of dentists for my dental work, I decided to have Brite Now do my dental work,not only was Savannah very helpful in educating me on my options,she was patient and let me make the decision. I say this mainly because most places I went made me feel rushed and pressured to commit on the spot. I appreciated this from her. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and educated when asked questions. The environment felt friendly and welcoming. Dental work for some people involves major decision making. It's nice to have a dentist office acknowledge this. Thank you Savannah and Brite Now for making me feel comfortable during this process . Regina B.
