I searched high and low for a dealership willing to put some time and effort to get me approved for financing. Signed up for all the platforms and one after another, several dealerships were willing to waste my time but didn't invest theirs until I heard from Nate here at Winn, he actually had some humanity behind his voice and was indeed attentive, compassionate and his approach was different then all the abrupt demanding calls I received telling me "well send in your application and we work with several banks and can get your approved!" Ha! Not without a higher down or like 800.00 payments!! I decided this would be my last try and Nate came through!! He calls me with fantastic news. Payments less than I expected and with the down payment I had! The approval process was unbelievably fast and all done online and over the phone! Saved me a tons of time and THAT what really won me over. Nate considerd me and didn't push for me to get over there, as a matter of fact the car was sold to me via text! Then I had the privilege of working with the Manager Guillermo who was Amazing! It was no wonder Nate worked for the same place, the customer service was exceptional and when I did arrive to pick up the car, they both were there to personally greet me and explain the process to me. It was late and at close time but they still made me feel comfortable and not rushed. If anyone is having a hard time being financed, I strongly suggest this dealership! They aren't some hole in the wall, they are patient kind not pushy and very understanding! They WILL deliver where they give you their word! A dealership with integrity! That is how businesses need to be run! Thank you Gentlemen! I still owe you the enchiladas and I promise I'm going to come through! You guys deserve more than that! I am more than happy with my 2020 kia soul! My first big purchase as a newly single woman, this was a momentous moment for me and I am glad to have been eased into this without feeling pressured!

This was my first new car in two decades and buying a car is a huge investment. I knew what I wanted but making such a large purchase work out on paper with people you just met is totally daunting. I feel really lucky that working with Sasha, Nate, and Josh was a true breeze. Talking through car specs, safety features, and test driving was clear and easy. Sasha went over all the controls and features the car and ones like it had. The pricing was fairly clear and we got all the paperwork settled within a couple hours without any roadblocks. This Taos is my second VW car, and it is everything I could've hoped for. I definitely left the dealership having had a great experience! Would recommend to anyone who is looking.

From the moment stepping into Winn dealership, Nick greeted warmly and was so kind to meet with, he listened regarding the questions I came in for, plus his guidance through every step of the process was very professional. Then meeting with Mustafa after for further financing choices, he was so patient and knowledgeable, very genuine about the possible options to move forward with. When it came to the next visit to drop in for a test drive, Anson helped tremendously with such enthusiasm. During this process, Nate was straightforward yet meeting with Josh was positively transparent as he assisted greatly to secure the final steps. A few days after, Nick’s follow up call was very appreciated, as to be reminded VW is just a call away. It was a blessing on my end for the team at Winn for being so understanding and for their extra effort of time! Thank you each and all for the personable and great experience!

What really stood out was Anson's genuine dedication to making sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. He never once pressured me into buying a brand-new car; instead, he gave me the space to explore my options and choose the exact vehicle I preferred. Once I made my decision, he went above and beyond to provide a wealth of valuable information and practical advice about the car. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Justin, who handled the deal-making side of things. He was incredibly honest, caring, and transparent, which gave me complete peace of mind. As a long-time VW enthusiast and GTI fan, the level of service from Anson and Justin is exactly why I’m so proud to be a loyal Volkswagen customer. Alex the Special Finance Manager was super friendly , straight forward , and overall just a great guy . He made everything feel super easy and made sure I was comfortable while being here . Did not expect to leave with a car but he made it happen .
