Great experience at Ohana Dentistry! Dr. Dong Lim is skilled, gentle, and always takes time to explain things clearly. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the office has a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to anyone in Oahu looking for a great dentist!

I started coming to Ohana Dental for about three years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience every time. Dr. Hong has always been incredibly kind and welcoming. He truly makes the office feel like family. I’ve always enjoyed talking with him, and I really appreciate how honest and straightforward he is about my dental care. When I had my first procedure done, Dr. Hong made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I also really appreciated that he makes crowns in-house, which saved so much time since I didn’t have to come back for a separate visit to get a permanent crown. Joy, the office manager, has been amazing as well. She’s incredibly helpful and always takes the time to clearly explain insurance benefits and answer any questions. Overall, the team at Ohana Dental is highly professional while still making you feel like part of the family. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I receive here, and I’m glad Dr. Hong takes such great care of my teeth!

i moved to the area about a year ago and have been looking for a dentist. I was used to the ones in SF, great bed side manner, caring, educational, clean, new technology. I checked out one, and it really was not my vibe. I decided to try this place out due to the good reviews, can 100% they are accurate. I was blown away by Dr. Hong and his staff. They were professional, welcoming, and I genuinely felt like they cared even though I was a new patient After getting the X-rays, I appreciated how Dr. Hong took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and what it meant for me, not just doing things because insurance says so or whatever. He was transparent, honest, and seems to really want to build a relationship with his patients. I was genuinely amazed at his energy and how nice he was. I was thinking 'maybe since its my first time', but it was really left an impact on me. I will update my reviews at the next visit, but you can bet that this is the spot I am going to from now on!

Went in for my first visit. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff and Doctor were all professional and knew what they were doing. Doctor Hong was great! As someone who always dreads visits to the dentist, I felt comfortable and relaxed. He made sure I was okay and told me everything he was doing and why he did what he did. Highly recommend them!

Always a pleasant and efficient experience at Ohana Dental. The staff is great and always look after patients thoroughly. Great with our toddler also and his cleanings as well!
