Came to class as a drop in while visiting Murrieta and the community here is great! Coach Kira was awesome and super strict on form which I really appreciated. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming, I felt at home just after one class! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping by. Definitely consider trying out this gym, you'll love it after just one class!

I want to give a shout out to Kira and Cameron, two amazing caring coaches! I did a couple drop-ins while in town and had the best experience. The very early classes are small in size. I received a lot of one on one attention from the coaches. I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I love the Strength and Balance program being offered by Rancho Family Medical. The instructors are fabulous - a wonderful balance between patient and encouraging. The class is aimed at seniors 65+ so I'm not trying to compete with a younger person doing a workout. Each class offers some variety and we are meeting other seniors from the area. The instructors are aware that each of us may have some physical limitations and take that in consideration as they lead us through the class. Highly recommend

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this gym. I felt consistently treated poorly and unfairly by the coach, Kira Levell who is also the owner of this gym, to the point that it affected my motivation and comfort. The way I was spoken to and handled during workouts felt unprofessional and dismissive, and it created an environment where I did not feel respected as a member. She bullied a lot of people in this gym and belittles them, it’s so toxic and inhumane. She plays favorites with people and won’t pay attention to you at all. This gym needs to do better, it’s disgusting how not only I was treated but other members of this gym aswell. I joined this gym hoping for guidance and support, but instead I ended up feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I made the decision to leave because the experience wasn’t healthy for me, and I would recommend that others be aware of how members are treated before signing up.

Great people and challenging WODs. Couldn't ask for a better environment. Plus having the kids Crossfit is a great benefit to our family. Getting them started out young 😁
