How far in advance can we make a reservation?

Milpitas residents can make reservations up to a year in advance of the proposed date. Non-residents can reserve spaces up to 6 months in advance. Please note that all reservations must be made in person.

What is required to secure our rental date?

Securing your date requires a deposit and a $31 non-refundable application fee. Depending on your event and other activities taking place in the facility, an additional facility attendant may be required. Additional fees also apply if alcohol is served or sold.

How do we cancel a facility reservation if needed?

Cancellations must be done in writing on forms provided by Recreation Services and accepted in person only with photo identification. Mail or phone cancellations are not accepted, and all application cancellations will forfeit the $31 application fee.
