Ambiance: very adorable Japanese cafe style. From interior to menu design is very cute. Service: the staff is welcoming and helpful. They are considerate and careful with orders and serving. Food: the mustard chicken is in bigger chunks than karaage, but the flavor and crispiness is great! The season limited yuzu pepper clam pasta is a bit pity. The sauce is too light and the yuzu pepper paste only comes with a little bit. On the contrary and seared salmon pasta is flavorful and strong with Asian fusion flavors.

Very good Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant. The pasta are homemade - chewy and tasty. While the Salmon Shimeji Mushroom Risotto is my favorite, but I don't think people will be disappointed at any other dishes at all.

Such a cute restaurant with delicious food! They have interesting and unique dishes. We tried several of their pasta and a pizza. Would love to see more pasta options maybe in the future, currently it’s fresh spaghetti or udon for a little extra. Price is reasonable and we were served salad and soup as soon as we sat down. Came on a weeknight and was seated immediately. There was only one staff working out front and she was so kind and friendly!

The staff were so kind, welcoming and efficient! We had reserved a table for 6pm (right when they opened) and were the first to be seated. It is a smaller, more intimate setting, so it may be best to make reservations especially for larger groups. It was clean and nicely decorated. The menu is simple and straightforward. It was myself and two friends and we opted to order one appetizer and three entrées to share; french fries with truffle oil, Sukiyaki (Sweet Shoyu Beef) Pasta, Carbonara pasta, and their weekly pizza special which I can't remember the name of but it is pictured. Overall we enjoyed the fries, pizza and carbonara, but all of agreed the suyaki was just not our favorite. They also brought out a sweet little sundae as it was my little birthday celebration dinner. All in all, I will go back and I suggest others give it a try.

🇯🇵With a century old history of Japanese western style cuisine : Youshoku 洋食(ようしょく), including pasta and pizza dishes known as Itameshi イタ飯(イタメシ). You are in Japan the moment you enter this adorable little restaurant, as if you walked through Doraemon's dokodemo-door どこでもドア ! 👍If you like Italy's Sardinian spaghetti with cured fish roe (spaghetti alla bottarga), try the creamy Japanese version, Mentaiko Cream Pasta. Basically, here you'll find a pasta dish on most tables. 👍A pizza is also one of the favorites here. Along with an appetizer, this is perfect for two. 👍Don't forget to check out their drinks, most with a lovely presentation. 📌Make a reservation, especially on the weekends. Especially if you have a special occasion. Please arrive on time. 💞This Japanese restaurant is such a lovely gem that I really want to keep it to myself, yet I want all fans of Japanese culture to come and enjoy this hard to find specialty cuisine in the Bay Area. Please spare me with a like 🥰 心より感謝します~
