We've had a really wonderful experience with 925 Jiu Jitsu! The instruction is excellent. Techniques are explained clearly, classes are well structured, and the instructors do a great job balancing discipline, learning, and fun for the kids. They really care for each students' development and confidence! Communication and scheduling have been very smooth and organized, which makes a big difference for busy families. We always feel informed about schedule changes and events. The atmosphere is welcoming, respectful, and supportive. Each student is encouraged to work hard, help each other, and show good sportsmanship. Super positive environment. Most importantly, we've seen so much growth in our son in a short amount of time. Not just in his skills, but in his confidence and focus. He looks forward to class and is always excited to go. We're very grateful to be part of 925 Jiu Jitsu and highly recommend it to other families!

Jiu Jitsu alone is some of the most fun I can have-- but with the recent update to the 6pm class (monday, wednesday, friday) it has been so thoroughly enjoyable. Coach Mike has us drilling practical, high-stakes self-defense scenarios while maintaining the mutual respect that is ALWAYS fostered by the people attending this school.

We have been bringing our 10-year-old son here for a year and a half now. It is a wonderful way to teach discipline , focus, commitment, and patience, as well as a great physical activity for an active child. The coaches are extremely supportive and dedicated and promote a culture of respect. 925 Jiu-Jitsu has been a wonderful, positive experience that we enjoy. We like it because of the family atmosphere. Plus it's not only teaching our child self defense but it's also teaching our child that even though it's hard work, you can over come it by applying yourself. Professor Erico is a down to earth instructor who is meticulously detail-oriented on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is very observant during practice drills and genuinely wants his students to progressively get better and do well in class as well as in competition. Most importantly, he is also a great mentor on and off the mat. The staff and team of coaches are great at working with the kids no matter where they’re at in their experience. Can’t say enough!

My 5 year old loves taking jiu jitsu class here! 925 makes it fun and very educational at the same time . Not stuffy at all . We did our research and this place has the best coaches and schedule too

Reasonable school — very poor customer communication I was interested in enrolling my son at 925 Jiu-Jitsu in Concord, but unfortunately the experience trying to contact them was extremely frustrating. Recently they appear to have switched to a voice AI system for phone calls, and it made it nearly impossible to reach a human or even leave a voicemail. I called multiple times over the course of several weeks and kept getting routed in circles through the automated system without any way to speak to someone or leave a clear message. Eventually I received an email stating that they had supposedly sent texts and emails previously and that their kids program was already at capacity. That’s completely understandable — programs fill up — but the lack of human communication was disappointing. A quick phone call or even a simple text response would have gone a long way. Instead, after trying repeatedly to reach someone, I received an email saying they believed I “would not be a good fit” due to the tone of my voice messages. Anyone who has spent weeks trying to reach a business without success might understand the frustration. My main feedback is this: relying heavily on automated AI systems for customer communication can backfire if there’s no easy way to reach an actual person. It creates confusion and distrust rather than helping potential customers. The academy may offer great training, but the customer service and communication process made it difficult to even get started.
