We ended a lovely day at CBC restaurant. Got lucky with a table (no reservation) and truly impressed with the food. You're already in awe because of the amazing ocean view and sounds, the staff and team take it a notch up and deliver great cuisine and service. Summer menu: order the pistachio pesto farafalle, the mussels are a must! The plump mussels cooked to perfection and that saffron broth! WOW! Of course that will require an order of grilled sourdough bread! The charred asparagus was also perfectly cooked and sweet. Everything we ordered was great, including the chocolate gelato. They gave us a very delicious (but strong) mandarin orange infused digestif drink... great on the nose...sweet and aromatic, nice color. The pairing with the chocolate gelato was heavenly! Table service = top notch! I think what added to the dining experience is you don't feel you're in a restaurant setting on the outdoor deck, when you're in great conversation, great food coming from the kitchen, good drink... you feel like you're in your own home on your patio. That's what made it quite memorable. Can't wait to go back, maybe for brunch or lunch. Thanks CBCR team!

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! The food was simply spectacular—every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. Plus, the place offers a breathtaking view of the ocean that makes the whole meal even more special. But what truly made the difference was the service provided by Anthony. His attention was impeccable—super friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail throughout our visit. Without a doubt, 10/10 service. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

I had brunch at the Carbon Beach Club Restaurant and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and we had great seating right on the ocean — the view was unbeatable. I had the omelette, which was fresh and flavorful, and the egg sandwich was absolutely delicious. My kids enjoyed the Wagyu Hot Dog Tower — a fun and tasty dish made up of several mini hot dogs, served with both truffle fries and regular fries. The portions were huge and perfect for sharing. We wrapped up the meal with the Donut Tower, which came with a great selection of fresh, warm donuts. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing and satisfying brunch by the beach. Highly recommended!
