Ordered over a hundred dollars of food for my guest and when I arrived the chicken was burnt and inedible, potatoes were salty and all this place said was there was nothing they can do about the burnt chicken because it came out of the fryer that way. If I would have had enough time to take back the half ate food with all the chicken that was inedible then I would have taken it back. Horrible burnt chicken and over salted potatoes with terrible customer service. What happened to the quality of Shakeys !?!? Never again, a waste of money 👎🏼👎🏼

Had bunch a lunch meal , seamed like small amount of choices, after paying was given plates only, had to come back to ask for my drink cups. Was hard to reach across the salad bar so when to other side for 5 seconds and a girl come running & screaming you can't go on that side as if I were going to rob them ?
