Customer service is a hit and miss. Foods ok reasonable priced.

Actual prices don't match the menu price. Menu shows $13.49 for a double classic combo but I was charged $15.07 before taxes. And the double classic is actually just a jr. burger with 2 patties. A regular burger is bigger and cheaper. Deceptive business practices. Eat at Tam's or BoBo's if you're in HP

Let’s just say it was very disappointing. We ordered some large cheese fires and the box was nearly empty for $10 not including tax. This was our first time ordering here and we will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

What an incredible and unexpected delight! I randomly selected this location as it was close to my workspace for the day and man oh man was I impressed. Cashier was very warm and helpful—and quickly told me which meal was better out of the two I considered—she recommended the Chicken Club Sandwich. (I had been thinking of that or the burger melt). 10 minutes later I had in front of me a hefty (I hate small meals—I eat a lot)and fresh looking meal—PLUS a bounty of fries, some onion rings, and fried zucchini. That’s not all—aside from my surprise of its aesthetic—it was INCREDIBLE. Fresh avocado, lettuce, tomato and who knows what else—sandwich led marvelously between the toast and tastes sublime. Similarly—the fries has the perfect ratio between fried, crispy, and potato—y, with a great flavor. I could not believe it—I was expecting this run of the mill burger joint but instead found mouth-watering splendor. Total? $13.

Worst experience I’ve had on my lunch break. I went in just to grab some French fries, and it took 20 minutes to get them. The only reason I even got my order was because I had to ask if it was ready after waiting so long. There were also two other customers there with complaints, which already says a lot. The man who seemed to be in charge was on the phone the whole time dealing with a debit card dispute instead of actually managing the place. It’s clear the person running things doesn’t know how to handle operations. I used to see city police officers eating here often—but not anymore, and now I understand why.
