Highly recommend making reservations but we were able to get a table getting there at 4pm. The seafood risotto came highly recommended so of course we had to get it. Complimentary foccacia was insanely delicious. We were well tended to at the beginning of dinner, but as the restaurant got busier we started to get forgotten lol. But overall such a fantastic dinner, 5 stars.

First time going to It's Italia; and was not disappointed. Service was excellent starting with the Hostess who was able to get us right in and seated with no wait. The our server was excellent, and the food was out of this world. From the focaccia bread dipped in an exceptional olive oil and balsamic vinegret, to an out of this world Caesars Salad, a perfect start to our meal. The braised short ribs and pasta was the best I have ever had. Bring your appetite as the balanced richness was perfectly seasoned into a full flavor dish, that one could only describe as world class. The chicken parmesan was well done, all though this time slightly dry, although the crust was perfection in crispness and flavor and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of cheese forming a perfect balance of flavors. The pasta sauce had a rich flavor which complimented the entire dish without over powering the other flavors. Completely filled, we couldn't turn down freshly made dessert. The Keylime Pie (we are connoisseurs of this dessert) was perfection of freshness and flavor. It's Italia will be a go to when we travel to Half Moon Bay for its service, food and drinks. Bravo, *****, 10/10

It’s Italia always delivers, and this visit was no exception. The burger here is deservedly famous and remains one of the best around, but this time I went with the seafood risotto special. It was rich, well balanced, and deeply satisfying without being heavy. Alicia ordered the carbonara, which was classic and spot-on. Another friend had the halibut special, beautifully cooked, while two others wisely stuck with the always fabulous burger. Every dish landed exactly where it should. The complimentary focaccia deserves special mention. Warm, generous, and consistently excellent, it sets the tone the moment you sit down. Drinks are made properly, and the wine list shows real breadth and quality without feeling bloated or showy. There are plenty of good choices across styles and price points. Service is exactly right. Attentive, professional, and relaxed, with pacing that lets the evening unfold naturally. The location only adds to the experience and makes this an easy place to settle in and enjoy a long meal. Bottom line: Consistently great food, excellent drinks, thoughtful service, and a setting that makes you want to linger. It’s Italia remains one of our favorite places to return to.

Excellent food, service and the atmosphere is awesome. First time visiting at the advise of a friend. Special occasion for my Birthday. Had the fresh fish special of the night Halibit. It was excellent!

What else could I ask for? Amazing service, beautiful decor and seating area down to the restroom, generous and delicious food, and reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food! I fell for the food here from the foccacia bread that absorbs all the olive oil and vinegar so well. Then the sweet savory bacon, rich pasta, and the huge, toppings packed pizza. This place becomes my staple for Italian food in the Bay Area.
