I started 4/5 years ago. I love the challenge of being able to see my level of intensity on the big screen. I am super competitive and this form for Workout works well for me. But I must add, walking into a Studio and having all the staff and trainers smile and know who you are, gives Orange my five stars.

My husband has been going to OTF since it opened. He has been asking me to go with him for months. I was hesitant because I am out of shape and have a prior injuries (foot and knee) but seeing his improvements (he is down 30 lbs and has increased energy), I decide by try it and loved it! The coach tells you what to do, demonstrates the exercise and offers modifications for anyone who needs them. It is a positive and energetic environment. I highly recommend.

Fantastic workout great for all fitness levels! You set your own pace and the coach is there to give tips and encourage you. I have learned so much in the two years I have been working out at OTF. The staff truly cares and there is such an incredible sense of community.

Orange Theory provides variety, difficulty, and encouragement all in one place and is the perfect way to take your workouts to the next level. My husband and I are avid athletes and these workouts have improved both of our performances and physiques in ways we haven't seen in years. We love it!

I absolutely LOVE Orange Theory!!! I have been a member for 2 years and I have not only improved my fitness, but I have met some awesome people!!! Studio Manager, Karlyn Roberts, has created an atmosphere of both Fitness and FUN among her staff AND members which is really what makes OTF different from other fitness communities. I love all the different theme days as well as the creativity that is put in to get people involved in different ways. All in all, OTF is the place to be and I am so grateful to be part of this amazing FITNESS FAMILY!
