Come here every weekend with my kid and the service and staff is always on point! Friendly staff and clean facilities all around. I would highly recommend coming here for breakfast or any time. I always enjoy getting service from Esperanza, one of the waitresses, by far the nicest person and always delivers great service. 10/10

Esperanza made our visit to IHOP absolutely exceptional! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile and made us feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude, kindness, and professionalism stood out from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked on us often without ever making us feel rushed. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made the entire experience so enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in providing outstanding customer service. Esperanza's friendly personality and attention to detail turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. She is an incredible asset to IHOP, and we will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Esperanza, for your kindness, hard work, and for making our day a little brighter. You truly deserve all five stars!

My experience at this IHOP is always outstanding! The service is consistently excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Esperanza is the sweetest waitress and always provides exceptional service with a smile. David has also been our waiter, he is also fantastic and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Everyone who works here is kind, professional, and truly cares about providing a great dining experience. I highly recommend this location!

What happened to the quality and portion sizes here? I remember IHOP used to have huge pancakes, thick sausages and larger water cups. For the price they're charging it's the least they could do. Service needs improvement, took a while to get my order in and my tiny water cup was empty. With so many better choices for breakfast I'll be eating elsewhere
