Always have a good time here to play pool or bowl, but I wasn't expecting to it be SO busy between the hours of 2pm-5pm during the weekday. It was advertised as "Not busy" or "Less busy than usual" but when I got here it's full.

Great food good people good times this is one of those few places that are still around from back in the day Victor a great person he took care of us and we enjoyed the Hawaiian food at the café. Definitely that nostalgic classical bowling experience. This place has been around since 1948 and there is a must see bowling alley.

the bowling area wasn't busy which was tge first thing i noticed. We got to bowl as soon as our reservation time. Its not an arcade so dont expect that for the kids. The vibes are older, more mature. There is small crowded restaurant in front and that was packed w people and theres A little bar room to the side had a lil dim lit vibe to it- stark contrast to the bright fluorescent lights in the pool hall and bowl area. I couldnt BUY a cup of ice for my babys juice so that was wierd. The staff directs you to drink machines which only take CASH along with the very few sad (3)arcade games . Seems like their pool hall is the main attraction. There was people waiting always to play. Definitely just depends what kind of crowd your going with or what your expectations are. We had a large family group that bowled, had a few drinks. But it was fun. Pizza was good too!

A classic, family-friendly, and cozy bowling alley with a phenomenal Hawaiian eatery and a world-class pro shop offers affordable pastime for all ages. Front desk staff are friendly, courteous and welcoming. My family and I have been frequenting this establishment not only to bowl but also to dine at the coffee shop for amazing comfort food. And yes, the games are much affordable unlike those big chain bowling alleys in the area. My family has been frequenting for an enjoyable game or two for many years. Be prepared to wait a while for an available lane as more people are learning about this awesome place, especially on weekends.

We visited Gardena Bowl for lunch. The service was excellent; we were seated immediately and our drink order was taken. We looked over the menu and decided on Pork Tofu and the Hawaiian Royal. The food was good, not great. The prices were reasonable. If we visit again, we'll try something else.
