Sunday BUTTA Brunch is an absolute must do experience! We came with reservations for a Sunday brunch. Note there is a reservation fee per table and it is non refundable. We were sat immediately and the waiter was pretty quick to get our first round. We put in our order pretty quickly and it came in a decent amount of time. I would warn that the more packed the establishment is the longer the wait time for things like your drinks and food. The space is a good size, there’s 2 sides on the right there’s booths along both sides and tables in the middle and more seating to the left. The DJ is on the right side in the corner. Be aware if you come for brunch to use your outdoor voice because between the volume of the music, people singing, and others around you it is loud. This is a classic turn up brunch not a quiet one so plan accordingly. We only ended up being able to have 2 cocktails because it took so long for the waiter to make it back to us to order & to get our drinks to us. For drinks we had the green tea shot, ciroc & juice, and an espresso martini. Drinks were pretty good and well made. For food had the BUTTA breakfast with a side of toast, hot link breakfast scramble, and side of biscuits and gravy. The food is where they lost a star for me. It came out lukewarm, it was hard to get condiments and the wait was very long since the wait staff is trying to balance both drinks & food for everyone. Having a little container with sauces already in it given to the table would alleviate the wait and strain on wait staff to give people condiments. My food was cold by the time I got the condiments I requested. The vibe is where this establishment really shines! The dj was great the wait staff were friendly and some even danced with patrons and joined in on singing making it feel like a family vibe. I love that something like this is in the valley to help bring people together. By the end of the brunch everyone was on the dance floor singing and dancing together. I’ll definitely return and probably stick with drinks.

🎉✊🏾 Juneteenth Celebration at Kockys ✊🏾🎉 Spent Juneteenth there with good company, great music, and unforgettable vibes. Our Waiter Layla kept the drinks flowing, while DJ Mike kept the party going with the perfect soundtrack while everyone came together to enjoy the evening and celebrate freedom, culture, and community. 🎶🔥 The drinks were flowing, the laughs were nonstop, and the energy in the room was everything. I had the peach ring, watermelon sour, and skittles margarita they all were a hit. The highlight of the night for me was definitely the Lemon Pepper Wings—absolutely delicious and my favorite thing on the menu! 🍗🔥 My friend was also raving about the Buffalo Shrimp, which was a big hit at our table. Nothing beats good food, good music, and great people coming together to celebrate. Thank you, Kockys, for a wonderful night filled with Juneteenth joy and positive vibes! ❤️🖤💚

First time eating here. Stopped in for early dinner and ordered a fried fish PoBoy with seasoned fries. Definitely not a frozen deep fried fish. It was delicious! 😋 Since it was an early dinner, it was quiet

We had reservations for a party of 9, but only 7 were actually present for the. The waitress was very nice and instructed us to order with the QR Code. For some reason, I couldn’t get the payment options to work on the ordering app, so I ordered the meals through the waitress. The app showed out total as $43. When it was time to pay, the waitress present a tablet to scan my card through and the total before the tip was $50. I tipped the waitress 20%. After thinking about I I was confused as to why my bill was $7 more than what was initially shown on the app. I asked for a copy of the receipt, and the waitress explained to me that the price difference was because there was a 15% gratuity due to the group size. I asked if everyone at out table was charged the same 15%. She said that she I paid through her it was applied to my tab. I understand gratuity I necessary for some group sizes. However, what I’m annoyed with was that it’s not mentioned on the website about the automatic gratuity, nor did the waitress tell me that it would be applied to my tab. The food and the service was great. I’m just disappointed that they just applied a gratuity to my bill, when there was 5 other bills in our party. It should have been disclosed prior to order and paying. Just for clarification, it does say on the receipt about the gratuity. But we were no provided receipts when it was time to pay. She just told me the total and held it out for me to scan my card. I had to ask her for the receipt after I paid.

Great location in downtown Fresno. Walk in and seat you're self. Great customer service received by the waitress. The chicken wings were hot , crispy and delicious. The lemon pepper seasoning on the wings were so good. My chicken Philly cheese sandwich was delicious as well. Also the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. I highly recommend this place. Prices are decent as well. Thank you and keep up the great work staff members 👏
