This tea spot is a huge improvement from the last boba shop in this same spot that didn’t last long at all. The renovation inside is nice and clean. The seating looks purposefully limited so it’s not a hangout spot. But service is friendly and quick. In and out. The pricing is pretty steep, but nowadays everything is ridiculously expensive. So if you’re going to pay this much for something, it better be high quality. This is my first time here, and I got the brown sugar uji matcha latte. It’s very good. Not overly sweet. All the flavors are present. The boba gives it just enough extra sweetness, and it’s fresh and perfectly chewy. I’ll come back several more times before I can say they’re consistently good, but first impressions are positive. I hope Yifang stays around here for a long time. With the over saturation of milk tea shops, things open and close quickly. But hopefully these quality tea shops remain. But $7 for a large.. ouch. Other than that, everything is good! I’ll be back here often even with itea close by.

After waiting for several months to express my dissatisfaction, I have finally decided to provide my feedback. I have been a regular customer of this boba shop for the past 4-5 years, but the quality of their boba and drinks has significantly declined for the last 6 months. Their beverages have become watery, and the boba has become stale and chewy. I strongly advise against wasting your money here. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Nice place to grab some fresh tasting drinks. Not a sit down or dine in. We ordered and picked up within 5 minutes.

Ordered a sparkling peach fruit tea, but 3/4 of the bottle was ice. Ended up with a few sips of watered-down tea. Not worth the price.

Ordered two drinks thru their website. Super easy minus having to manually enter cc info ... not their fault but Clover (PoS provider). Drinks nearly bagged up. The drinks were great! Got a third drink to go. Will be back to try other tea.
