We also host 3-hour children's parties that include a mini lesson, games, and full setup and cleanup.

I started training at West Coast Mission in 2018. They helped me be more confident in myself and feel safe by teaching me self-defense. I ended up bringing in my 6 year old nephew to learn self-discipline and he is enjoying it!

Both my kids and I were with the studio for about five years total. My kids were 8 and 3.5 when they started. 3.5 was probably too young. They have a large team of instructors, all of them dedicated, each of his or her own strengths. You learn much from each of the instructors, and I think they complement each other's strengths. They set high standards and expect an effort, which is one of the things we liked. They care passionately about teaching the students. Again, they will expect you to put in an effort, and reward you by teaching you a lot, and providing excellent exercise.

I'm truly thankful to BSBN Zyra , the Master instructor, and all other instructors for their dedication and hard work to help kids develop interest and learn Martial Arts. For my son , it has been transformative . I highly recommend this place.
