Over 8 years coming here and never had a problem. There is some new girl and guy that need to learn better communication. Last week i entered and was first in line , the girl makes me wait 5 minutes something to due with the register logs? I wait, try to pay for gas, she looks at me funny asking me that the pump is being used. I respond with a simple no, my car is in the number supposedly being used. At this time I've already been here for 10 minutes almost and the guy tell me oh that pump is not working, out of order, "can't you see there is no pump there". There was no "out of order" sign, there was no yellow caution tape around the pump that was out of order. I got my money back, went to a gas station down the street that also has a pump out of order but was labeled. Don't waste people's time and then look at them as if they were dumb. These new people need better communication and managing.

the lady in charge is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers, especially if they come from the nearby high-school. always barking at them and restricting them from coming inside the store, even if there is no one in the station currently.

Lacks Basic Integrity – Always Tries to Deceive Customers at the Pump Let me give you two examples: 1. I handed him $100 in cash and told him I wanted to put $50 of gas on pump 1. He immediately gave me a $50 receipt and walked away. I quickly told him I had given him $100, not $50. He insisted I had only given him $50. I stood my ground and told him firmly that he took $100 from me. Only then did he return the remaining $50. 2. After filling up the tank, he was supposed to give me $1.80 in change, but he only returned $1.40. Normally, I don’t count the coins right away, but when I got home and added them to a jar, I realized he had shortchanged me by 40 cents. 3. I asked my family, and it turns out similar incidents have happened twice before. Please be cautious with the young clerk at the Warm Springs Gas Station — he appears to lack basic integrity. I hope this issue is limited to him personally and not reflective of the integrity of the family business as a whole.

I usually get gas here if I really need it, usually I pay cash for a couple gallons then pull up elsewhere, this time I used card then had unauthorized charges. When your buying stuff inside use cash This place is ok otherwise
