Travis has been an excellent realtor for us, from the very beginning of our home buying journey till after close. We had a very unique situation and Travis's knowledge and contacts definitely shone through. He guided us in learning how to find the right mortgage lender and navigated us through every step of buying a home with professionalism and realism. Travis went above and beyond when we were touring listings, making it a real fun and exciting experience. He noticed many different things to watch for and always did due diligence finding out the age and remaining life of big ticket items. I can definitely say I would not be a homeowner today if it weren't for Travis's brilliant negotiation and offer writing skills. I really had a big sense of calm after meeting with Travis the first time and he supported our views to never skip an inspection, it really showed he put our needs and wants above making a quick sale. Personally one of my favourite things about Travis was his honesty and transparency, never being pushy or pressuring for offers but also putting very real deadlines as to when sellers would stop accepting and when something is worth it or not. Thanks for guiding us to becoming first time home owners. 100% would recommend.
