This was my first visit, and I had a really positive experience. The doctor was patient, took time to understand my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I felt very comfortable and heard. Highly recommended.

Very good doctor who treats his patients well. He listens to you, does not dismiss your concerns and is extremely knowledgeable, w/out being condescending—very rare these days. Great and responsive office staff too. Highly recommend this practice if he’s still accepting new patients.

(Not my real name - an honest review) Dr. Tilley Spencer is the best doctor I’ve had to help me with my health issues. And I’ve been with at least 3 PCPs in the past. He is empathetic, thorough, and has always clearly explained to me what and why he’s prescribing my meds. He’s also like a friend giving me advice and has always made me feel comfortable. Lately, he’s been helping me with my weight loss journey and it’s been amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Tilley Spencer and have recommended him to my friends and family.

This is an excellent primary care practice, Dr. Tilley takes the time to listen and show compassion, the staff is also very thorough and prompt. I was an injured athlete struggling for answers, Dr. Tilley saw me, had me imaged, and I had a diagnosis and options within a week. Best of all, he didn't just tell me to "stop" playing my sport, he understood how important it is to me and my happiness and that makes a huge difference for me as a patient.

Dr Tilley is awesome. He is gentle, caring and truly cares about his patients. I am he caregiver of and elderly gentleman who, let's just say, he can be a bit trying. The patient isn't mean he just has a very very very abnormally high level of energy. But Dr Tilley just doesn't even seem to notice by the way he treat the senior citizen. And, did I say he cares? He really is a diamond in the ruff. If he'll take me on as a new patient I'll be transferring also. Lastly..,,he's boyishly charming and cute!
