I’m a returning customer and can’t recommend John enough. I initially came in with severe back pain from long hours at my desk and accumulated stress, and he’s made a huge difference. He’s kind, patient, and attentive. He really listens and focuses on the areas that need the most care. I also appreciate how he explains the science behind his techniques, which builds a lot of trust and understanding. I’ve been attending his Wednesday mobility and stretching classes as well, they’re very affordable and thoughtfully run.
