Called in to have wheel bearings replaced. They let me buy my own parts and installed them properly, promptly, and man has the car driven smooth since. Great shop. Knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you Doug.

I have been here three times all for different services. They are always up front about the estimated costs for their services and the final prices do not deviate much from their initial estimates. They keep you updated on the service with phone calls which I really appreciate.

Bought my last set of tires here. I almost bought the tires on tirerack. I'm glad I didn't, Stevenson Tire beat their price even with installation and disposal. Service was fast too. I was in and out of there in about an hour. (I might have gotten lucky though as no one was ahead of me)

I have been going to Stevenson Tire for probably close to a decade and they have never wavered on great service, friendly staff and honesty. They consistently only tell me what absolutely needs to be fixed and have never taken advantage of trying to add extra unnecessary charges. This was my family's mechanic for years/generations and I always recommend them.

I took my 2018 Nissan to Stevenson Tire & Auto Service for an oil change (synthetic), air filter replacement, and wiper blade change. The total bill came out to $233—$122 for parts and $98 for labor, plus tax. Let’s be real—$98 in labor for these quick, basic services that took less than an hour is not normal. A synthetic oil change for my car typically costs $60–$100, and air filters and wipers shouldn’t be more than $40–$80 combined. I expected fair pricing, but instead, I got overcharged for work that likely took them less than an hour. As a first-time customer and a woman, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. The pricing felt inflated, and instead of earning my trust, they made it clear that this isn’t a place I can rely on for fair service. I will not be returning. While the service itself was fine, the overpriced labor and lack of transparency make it hard to recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest deal. If you don’t mind overpaying for convenience, go for it—but if you value your hard-earned money, take your car elsewhere.
